General Terms:

β’ You may return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt.

β’ Returns can be made for a store credit, a different product, or a refund for the product amount to the original payment method.

β’ The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Exceptions:

β’ Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original case, bag, or packaging.

β’ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Defective Items:

β’ If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt to determine if the item is defective.

β’ If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
