General Terms:

• • You may return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt.
• • Returns can be made for a store credit, a different product, or a refund for the product amount to the original payment method.
• • The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Exceptions:

• • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original case, bag, or packaging.
• • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Defective Items:

• • If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt to determine if the item is defective.
• • If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
• • We will send the replacement within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
• • Please not if the defect of the instrument was caused during shipping or due to Gold Tone with the RA Form.

How to Initiate a Return:
