José Ramírez Aniversario Handcrafted Guitar

The José Ramírez Aniversario Guitar is a handcrafted masterpiece designed by Amalia Ramírez to celebrate 125 years of Ramírez guitar-making. This guitar's design pays tribute to the beauty of late 19th and early 20th century guitars.

The Aniversario Guitar can be customized with a number of options, including a solid spruce or solid cedar top, double-sides made of solid cypress and solid Madagscar rosewood or solid cypress and solid Brazilian rosewood, a colored or black-and-white rosette, one of three different scale lengths, and 6- 8- or 10-strings.

Amalia Ramírez created this beautiful instrument with inspiration from a unique guitar from the Ramírez family's collection of historic guitars. Each guitar in this line will have a different design inlaid on the back of the head. Alessi tuners specially designed for this instrument grace its headstock.

The José Ramírez 125th Anniversary Guitar achieves an incredible sound profile and is based on our Tradicional Classical Guitar. As with the Tradicional, the 125th Anniversary Guitar has doubled sides with an interior made of cypress.

This is a limited production run of 125 guitars, and all guitars are made to order.

Included in the price is a handmade Manzano case.
